It all began in the year 1980 when Late Shri Bhushan Pranlal Shah decided to begin a small broking firm - Ampi Investments with the Sub-broker of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). His innovative spirit has been the hallmark of the firm.
Started as a small stock broking firm, in a short journey of four decades, we gradually grew up into a young research based corporate entity - ISPL with the membership of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Ltd.(NCDEX) ISPL also the membership as a Depository Participant with the Central Depository Services Ltd. (CDSL) for their Demat operations.
Innovate Securities Pvt. Ltd. (ISPL) was incorporated in October 1993 with the objective of doing business in capital market, especially in the area of shares and securities broking.
It has Corporate memberships of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. Capital market segment as well as derivatives segment (Trading Member). For last ten years it has attained proficiency in stock broking with various individual as well as corporate clients, sub-brokers as well as dealers.
